November Poetry Slam Open
The October 16 slam was a bust. So THIS slam has to be second open qualifier for the 2008 -2009 Houston Poetry Slam season. The qualifying season for Houston Poetry Slam continues with this slam open to any and all poets. The top poets that finish 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th place receive ranking points to qualify them for good positions in Super Slam Week prelims and the chance to make the 2009 Houston Slam Team. Any poets wanting to enter Super Slam Week ranked need to arrive at this open slam by 7:30 @ Notsuohs in the historic 2nd ward.
