Slam Seasons Past

Re-live the highs and lows of the greatest year ever in the history of Houston Poetry Slam. From the beginning of the season to the Houston Slam Team Grand Slam Final, there are grand moments and bitter memories to savor. Most poets start the season with high hopes. Some quit because they don't like losing; others struggle to figure out why they can't ever get first place; while there is always at least one poet who usually surprises everyone with their tenacity, determination, and dedication. It's what slam is all about!
