2010 National Poetry Slam

The 2010 National Poetry Slam will be hosted in the city of the 2009 NPS Champions – Saint Paul, Minnesota. The announcement was made recently on a Poetry Slam Incorporated forum that Matthew Rucker, Slammaster of the St. Paul Poetry Slam, had agreed to host NPS 2010. This is the second time the National Poetry Slam has been in the area. Minneapolis was the host for the 2002 National Poetry Slam which was the first year Houston sent a team.
